Actor Akshay Kumar remembered his Kesari co-star Sandeep Nahar in a heart-wrenching tweet on Tuesday. Sandeep found dead at his Mumbai home on Monday.
Police said the actor, who was in his 30s, died by suicide.
Akshay Kumar Sandeep Nahar played the role of Sep Buta Singh in Kesari, which also starred Parineeti Chopra, Mir Sarwar and Ashwath Bhatt, among many others. The film, directed by Anurag Singh, released in theatres in March 2019. It revolved around the Battle of Saragarhi.
Sandeep Nahar found dead at his flat on Monday evening by his wife Kanchan and friends.
Sandeep, who in his 30s, was found unconscious at his flat on Monday evening by his wife Kanchan and friends, who took him to SVR Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival, police had said.
On Tuesday, Sandeep’s brother and father reached the Goregaon police station to claim his body to perform his last rites.
